TIME

Please be considerate, my time is valuable, as is yours. Please do not arrive early or late, simply be prompt for your appointment. I’m a pretty reasonable person so I understand things happen. I just ask that if you are going to be late or have to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible.

NO SHOW POLICY

A 24 hour cancellation policy is required (must cancel within 24 hours of scheduled meeting).

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or are a No-Show your deposit will not be refunded. If for any reason Heidi cannot make the booking due to unforeseen circumstances your deposit will be refunded in full.

PRIVACY

We both enjoy a private life and so discretion, before, during and after each meeting is important. Please arrive and leave inconspicuously!

SECURITY

For the safety and protection of Heidi Olsen, a driver is always present with every incall/outcall. Heidi Olsen works with an elite and trained professional security team. Please be respectful for the most magical experience.
